Clough happy with Derby's effort

Derby County manager Nigel Clough hopes his side can keep up the battling performances they have shown in the past three Championship games.The Rams have beaten Reading and drawn against West Brom and Preston - their best run since February. [LNB]Clough told BBC Radio Derby: "An awful lot of effort's gone into it, and it's more like we're going to be playing for the next five months. [LNB]"It's our longest run for a long time and it's nice that we're battling." [LNB]The former Burton boss added: "Arguably the one against Reading, where we got the three points, was the worst of the three, but the last two have certainly been very good."
