The 23-year-old is out of contract this summer and is expected to leave Carrow Road following the Canaries' relegation to League One. And Derby boss Clough is now lining up talks with the player and his agent in a big to bring the former Manchester City man to Pride Park. "Lee's on a free transfer in June," Clough told the Pink'un. "He's a proven outside right and it's a position we're looking to fill, so we'll be holding talks with him and his representatives to see if we can get a deal." Croft joined Norwich for £600,000 in 2006 and has impressed during his three-year stay with the club, and Clough feels he has seen enough from him to suggest he would be a good addition for the Rams. "I think he puts crosses in and when we've got the likes of Rob Hulse and Chris Porter in the penalty area, then they need some service," he added.
