Barker believes in Rams
Derby defender Shaun Barker believes the team will bounce back from their defeat to Cardiff when they take on Coventry on Saturday.
The Rams suffered their second successive loss in the 2-1 defeat to their Welsh opponents, after League Two outfit Crewe had dumped them out of the Carling Cup.
However, Barker insists the team was unlucky not to claim a point against Cardiff and is confident they can win at Coventry, having won on their last three visits to the Ricoh Arena.
"We will go to Coventry full of confidence even though we lost the last two games against Crewe in the Carling Cup and Cardiff in the League," he told the Derby Telegraph. "I don't think the defeat at the weekend has knocked our confidence.
"We saw some good things in the game, and we know there were some bad things as well. We have been getting on the ball and we just need to create a bit more when we have good possession in good areas.
"We'll look to get at Coventry and put them on the back foot."
