The 18-year-old Dutchman spent the campaign on loan at Pride Park and feels the experience of playing in the Championship will help his development. "The pressure is always on and you can feel it," Barazite told the Derby Evening Telegraph. "In the reserves they play for their development but not for the points. "I think I have learned the physical side of the game. The Championship is really hard work and you have to work for the ball. "At Arsenal you don't fight against relegation, you fight for titles. It's a big difference to feel the big, big pressure to stay in a league. I helped the team to stay there so it's been really good. "I went to Derby to get that experience for my development. I can honestly say I have come back as a more experienced player."
