Miles has been plagued by a mystery foot injury for the last five months. Scans have revealed he does have a stress fracture and is currently wearing a special boot to enable the fracture to heal.Medical staff at Pride Park are worried that Miles has an underlying problem with his foot and are now going to let an American specialist take a look and advise on treatment to stop the problem reoccurring.Derby will miss the strength and flexibility of Addison in the run-in to the season. He has the ability to defend and be a major part of the midfield for the Rams. At 21 everyone is hoping that the prognosis will be good and an effective cure to the problem will be found.The injury appears to be similar to the one suffered by Giles Barnes who has since left the club, being released from his contract...
