Denmark coach Morten Olsen has
Chelsea star Jesper Gronkjaer available for his side's second Euro 2004 clash against Bulgaria after the winger joined up with the rest of the squad in Portugal.
The 26-year-old was allowed to stay in his homeland last week following the death of his mother.
Gronkjaer flew to Lisbon from Copenhagen on Tuesday morning before travelling to the Danes' training base on the Algarve.
"There has always been a place open for Jesper," said Olsen.
"He feels ready to join the team now, and of course we are happy with that decision.
"He wants to be treated like everybody else in the team and we feel confident that everybody will comply with that wish."
Gronkjaer, who has been linked with summer moves to Valencia and Birmingham City, has been at Stamford Bridge since December 2000 when he sealed a £7.8million move from Ajax.
He has started 56 Premiership games for the Blues and made another 32 appearances from the substitute's bench, netting seven goals.
However, Gronkjaer may have trouble forcing his way into the Danish team following their impressive display in the goalless draw with Italy in Guimaraes.
Denmark face Bulgaria on Friday before ending their Group C campaign with a vital match against fierce rivals Sweden.
