Windass focusing on management

The veteran striker arrived at the North East club as player/assistant manager in the summer. But Windass has struggled to combine the two roles and Todd has admitted he will be spending more time on the touchline in the coming weeks. Todd told the Northern Echo: "Dean is 40-years-old and has come to the football club to learn management. "He is finding it difficult and the time has come where he has to start adapting to the art of management. "There will be a time when he will play again but I think the time has come for him to concentrate on being an assistant manager."
