The 33-year-old centre-back has signed for the Quakers until the end of the season and becomes Steve Staunton's sixth signing since the turn of the year.[LNB]Staunton said: "I'm absolutely delighted to be bringing Alan back to the club. It's a terrific signing for us and one that I've been keen to do since the window opened.[LNB]"What was very pleasing was that Alan was desperate to come back. He loves his home town and couldn't get up here quick enough to do the deal, which shows how much he's desperate to play for us and to help us stay in League Two.[LNB]"I'm sure that will show in his performances between now and the end of the season, starting with the Aldershot match (on Saturday)."[LNB]White, who left Darlington for Luton last summer after making 85 league and cup appearances, follows Chris Dempsey, Tadgh Purcell, Simon Madden, Gareth Waite and Patrick Dean into the club.[LNB][LNB]
