Todd pleased with 'significant' win
Lee Thorpe bagged the only goal to send Todd's men into the second round of the Johnstone Paint Trophy.
Todd said: "It was a significant win. They are starting to show some quality now and the whole team looked a lot smoother than they have in previous games.
"It was pleasing not to concede a goal and although we have not been prolific by any means in front of goal, all of my strikers have now found the back of the net.
"Changes were made, Mark Convery came in on the right and he showed me what he is capable of. We are starting to get a bit of competition for places now and that can only be a good thing."
