Staunton rues latest postponement

The Quakers boss was hoping to see a response from his players after they shipped three goals in the last 10 minutes to throw away a 2-0 lead against Chesterfield on Saturday.[LNB]But, following an 11am inspection at the Northern Echo Arena, the pitch was deemed unplayable leaving Staunton frustrated.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "We're gutted the game was postponed, we were ready for it, especially after what happened on Saturday.[LNB]"We feel we're slowly moving in the right direction and the last few performances have shown that.[LNB]"The lads were ready to make amends after Saturday's disappointment and they were in good spirits. We were certainly looking to right a wrong."[LNB][LNB]
