The Quakers had won their last two home games but Morecambe opened the scoring after 56 minutes through Phil Jevons before Laurence Wilson, Stewart Drummond and Wayne Curtis completed the rout.[LNB]"There was little in it in the first half and for five minutes in the second half we looked alright. But the last 40 minutes were unacceptable," said Staunton.[LNB]"We fell into our old ways, we just collapsed. It was a catalogue of errors. Up to now the players have shown plenty of fight but this time it wasn't there.[LNB]"However in the first half we had our chances and we needed to take them because in the end we got punished."[LNB][LNB]
