Darlington are unwilling to sell highly-rated forward Tommy Wright to Aberdeen.
The Dons are believed to have offered £75,000 for the 23-year-old but the League Two side are holding out for more money.
Quakers manager Dave Penney confirmed: "We've received offers for a couple of players but none of the offers has been accepted."
Aberdeen boss Jimmy Calderwood added: "We're still talking to Darlington, but if they don't come closer to our valuation of the player, then the deal will be off."
