Darlington have cancelled the contract of midfielder Phil Stamp by mutual consent.
The former Middlesbrough and Hearts player has made just nine appearances for the Quakers in two seasons and hasn't played at all this term due to persistent injury problems.
"Phil has struggled with injury this season and we came to an agreement to terminate his contract with the club," Quakers boss Dave Penney told the club's official website.
"He is a great personality in the dressing room and a popular figure with the players and everyone would like to wish him all the very best for the future."
