Quakers trial for Hinckley defender

Giddings, who joined Hinckley in September 2008 following his release from Coventry, is training with the League Two strugglers in a bid to land a permanent deal.[LNB]Hinckley manager Dean Thomas said: "I wish Stuart all the best and it is an opportunity for him to get back into the full time game.[LNB]"He has been excellent with us and regained his fitness this season and we have all seen what he is capable of. As a footballer you are always looking to progress and this is a chance for him."[LNB]Giddings, 23, made 16 appearances for Coventry but the highly-promising youngster suffered a setback as he was hampered by a serious knee injury.[LNB][LNB]
