Quakers manager quits, according to reports
Darlington Football Club could be looking for their fourth new manager inside 12 months, it has been reported.[LNB] Unconfirmed reports have suggested that Simon Davey, who has only been in charge of the Quakers since April, is set to leave for League Two side Hereford United.[LNB] The club has yet to comment on the speculation with Davey being out of the country coaching in the United States.[LNB] Hereford United unveiled a new chairman, David Keyte, last week. He said he had appointed a new manager to replace Graham Turner but could not announce his decision.[LNB] Keyte hoped the deal would be finalised within the next 10 days and said he was currently in employment and he applied for the Hereford job when the vacancy arose earlier last season.[LNB] Davey is believed to have applied for the Hereford job before becoming Darlington manager.[LNB]
