Quakers land defender Giddings
Giddings, 23, is looking to kickstart his career after being released by Coventry following a serious knee injury.[LNB]The left-back is a straight replacement for Barnett, who has returned to Everton following the end of his loan spell at the Darlington Arena.[LNB]Giddings recovered from his career-threatening injury to appear regularly for Hinckley earlier this season and impressed Staunton in a recent trial with the Quakers.[LNB]He made 16 league appearances for Coventry, who released him in May 2008, and three during a loan spell at Oldham.[LNB][LNB]
