Quakers chief has loan concern

Since Richardson arrived at the Darlington Arena with manager Steve Staunton in early October, 13 players have been drafted in to help the club in their relegation fight. The Quakers are currently eight points adrift at the foot of League Two.[LNB]David Knight, Matt Plummer and James Bennett left the club last week and Richardson told the Northern Echo: "That was with a view to hopefully bringing in a few during January, to try and improve the squad.[LNB]"Managers have to change a few things around and generate money here and there. The problem we have, with the predicament we're in, do players want to come here? Which is understandable, it's their decision.[LNB]"Those that have come here are doing their best and we thank the people involved at the clubs where they have come from."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
