The Bantams had the better of a scrappy first-half at Valley Parade on Tuesday, with Michael Boulding testing Dean Gerken and Peter Thorne hitting the bar.[LNB]However, the visitors, who had not played for 17 days due to a raft of postponements in League Two, improved after the interval and almost snatched all three points late on as Pawel Abbott and Liam Hatch came close, although boss Penney was content with a point.[LNB]"It's nice to come back and it's important we didn't get beat. We didn't have to win," said Penney.[LNB]"We had more than our fair share of play and it's a difficult place to come. They have been flying recently so it's a good result."[LNB][LNB]
