Quakers boss hopes for injury luck

Strikers Pawel Abbott and Gregg Blundell are currently returning to match fitness and will leave Penney with a fully fit squad as they embark on a crucial run of fixtures.[LNB]The Quakers host Luton this Saturday before travelling to Accrington and then Shrewsbury next week followed by matches against Rotherham and Dagenham before the end of the month.[LNB]"We hope to get back to a winning run, especially now that we have no injury problems," Penney told the Northern Echo.[LNB]"If we steer clear of injuries we have a squad that can cope with a busy spell, and if we start winning games again, then it never feels so tiring.[LNB]"We are trying to bring in players to make the squad as strong as possible, though there isn't the same pressure on us in the January transfer window as there is on Premiership clubs because we can make loan deals after the end of the month."[LNB][LNB]
