Penney upbeat despite loss

Darlington boss Dave Penney still believes his side can reach the play-offs despite losing the north-east derby against in-form Hartlepool United 3-0.
The Quakers are two points behind seventh-placed Wycombe Wanderers but play Paul Lambert's side next month - a match that Penney thinks will be vital in the race for a play-off spot.
"We can't afford to lose any more games," the former Doncaster Rovers manager admitted to the Northern Echo.
"We were hoping to get a result and get into the top seven but it wasn't meant to be. We'll just keep going and hopefully start another run.
"If we play like we did in the first half for the rest of the season we'll win games. Seven games left and it's far from over. We'll keep going.
"It's a learning curve for me and I think we lost some discipline towards the end with some of the younger players."
