Darlington manager Dave Penney has played down his side's excellent start to the new season, with the Quakers having won two out of two in League Two.
A 2-0 win over Wrexham was followed by a 3-0 triumph at Accrington Stanley, leaving Penney content but cautious.
He told the Northern Echo: "If we're top of the league after 46 games I'll be delighted, but certainly not after two games.
"Don't get me wrong, it's a good start but that's all it is.
"As I've said before, we want to pick up as many points as we can as quickly as we can and see where it takes us."
