No reprieve for Horwood

Darlington's on-loan defender Evan Horwood has failed with his appeal to have the red card he was handed in Tuesday's League Two clash at Bury rescinded.
The 20-year-old Sheffield United player had an unhappy evening, conceding a penalty just before half-time when he handled a Marc Pugh cross, and then being dismissed in the closing stages for a rash challenge on Pugh.
Horwood will now miss the Quakers' next three games.
Meanwhile, boss Dave Penney has completed the permanent signings of loanees Tommy Wright and Ricky Ravenhill.
