Mulligan returns for Darlington

Nathan Mulligan is a surprise name in the Darlington line-up for today's game at Morecambe.[LNB] The former Norton winger has not started a game since a match since the Shrimps thumped Quakers 4-0 in November.[LNB] He made an appearance as a late sub in Tuesday's draw with Lincoln City and earns a recall from Steve Staunton with striker Mor Diop dropping to the bench.[LNB] Mulligan will play on the wing so that means Irish striker Tadhg Purcell returns to the forward line in an otherwise unchanged line-up.[LNB] In the Morecambe side at Christie Park is former Darlington favourite Neil Wainwright.[LNB] Referee: Geoff Eltringam (Sunderland)[LNB] Morecambe (4-4-2): Roche; Haining, Stanley, Artell, Wilson; Parrish, Duffy, Drummond, Wainwright; Mullin, Jevons. Subs: Davies (gk), Moss, Adams, Bentley, Twiss, Hunter, Panther[LNB] Darlington (4-4-2): Redmond; Madden, Miller, White, Giddings; J Smith, Waite, Dempsey, Mulligan, Purcell, Main. Subs: Liversedge (gk), Byrne, G Smith, Gray, Groves, Deane, Diop[LNB]
