Liddle plays down Quakers boss talk

24 March 2010 11:41
Liddle saw goals from Aaron Brown and Marvin Morgan give the Shots a League Two victory before Paul Arnison reduced the deficit late on, but he admitted he does not want the task of leading the Quakers on a full-time basis.[LNB]He said: "In the first half we gave a couple of stupid goals away and again we were caught out when giving away stupid set-pieces.[LNB]"We were a lot better in the second half but I don't know if it was our performance or them taking their foot off the gas.[LNB]"We played relaxed. Everyone seems to have accepted our fate and hopefully we can go to Shrewsbury on Saturday and play in a relaxed fashion again.[LNB]"My position hasn't changed from the start of the season when I stepped in when Colin Todd left the club. I don't want the job full-time. I just want to see the right man come in and we can start to build for next season."[LNB][LNB]
