Goals from Tadgh Purcell and Mor Diop secured all three points for the Football League's basement club and secured an unlikely second double of the season following two wins over Rotherham earlier in the campaign.[LNB]Liddle, in temporary charge alongside Neil Maddison following Steve Staunton's departure, admitted he was "really proud" of his players.[LNB]"There was plenty of grit, plenty of determination and the way we went about the business was top drawer," said Liddle. "In recent weeks we've struggled but there's a group here now in the dressing room that give us something to build on.[LNB]"Even at 1-0 I felt comfortable. Shrewsbury never looked like scoring."[LNB]When asked if he is interested in taking the job on a full-time basis, Liddle replied: "One hundred percent no. I've really enjoyed it but hopefully if there was someone watching they will take a lot of positives. Whoever comes in will have watched and be pretty keen to get working with this group of players."[LNB][LNB]
