Keeper stays at Quakers

Darlington boss Dave Penney has pulled the plug on a loan exit for David Stockdale after the promising goalkeeper's step up to the first team.
The 22-year-old keeper was set to return to former club York City on loan, but will now remain with the Quakers after impressing Penney while deputising for regular number one Andy Oakes.
"That won't happen now," Penney told the club's official website.
"We wanted him to play games and we thought that the only way he would get better is through competitive league games.
"Right now he is getting that. We don't have to look around for another keeper at the moment."
