Gerken makes Quakers loan move
The highly-rated 23-year-old will head north in search of first-team football with U's boss Paul Lambert currently opting for experience between the sticks in the shape of veteran West Ham goalkeeper Jimmy Walker.[LNB]U's goalkeeping coach Ademola Bankole said: "I told Dean it is better for him to go out on loan rather than sit on the bench.
