Foster lauded by boss

Darlington manager Steve Staunton has heaped praise on battling captain Steve Foster following their victory over Burton Albion at the weekend.
The Quakers are rooted to the foot of the League Two table but Saturday's 1-0 win has lightened the mood at the Darlington Arena and the skipper was instrumental in helping his side to just their second win in 16 League Two matches so far this term.
Speaking to The Northern Echo, Staunton said: "Fozzie's been battling away and confidence has been low, not just among the younger ones.
"It's difficult when you're older and have to pick the younger ones up when you're feeling low yourself.
"But he's the captain, he has to lead by example whether he's having a tough time or not and he showed that at the weekend."
