Darlington's search for a striker has ended with the capture of Jefferson Louis.[LNB] The 31-year-old goes into the squad for tomorrow's home game with Hayes & Yeading and takes squad number 30.[LNB] With his team struggling for goals, scoring only twice in the last four games, manager Mark Cooper has been looking for a forward in recent weeks with Danny Powell arriving on loan from MK Dons.[LNB] But Liam Hatch is struggling with injury and form while Tommy Wright has only just returned to action following an ankle problem.[LNB] So Cooper has turned to Louis who is a veteran of the non-league scene having represented 21 different clubs.[LNB] He finished last season with Rushden & Diamonds and started the current campaign with Gainsborough Trinity in the Blue Square North division.[LNB] At 6ft 2in he represents a different type of forward to Leon Knight who Cooper came close to signing last month.[LNB]
