Complex closes during revamp

The multi-million pound revamp of a Teesside theatre and leisure complex is about to get under way.Billingham Forum in Stockton, which was described in a council report in 2007 as "extremely fragile", closed its doors on Tuesday for 18 months. The £15m plans include essential structural works on the 40-year-old, council-owned building.
