Strevens keen to avoid drama

Dagenham & Redbridge striker Ben Strevens believes victory against mid-table Rotherham United will ensure the Daggers avoid an immediate return to the Blue Square Premier.
An eight-match winless run has left John Still's side in danger of being relegated but, with games running out, Mansfield Town and Wrexham are showing no signs of picking up the points needed to move out of trouble.
Strevens told the Ilford Recorder: "Let's hope Rotherham start with a few players who they might want to look at for next season, or they're not as up for it as us. We're going to be fighting for our lives to get the three points.
"We've got to hope that, but we can't go there expecting it. It would be nice for us to go there and they take their foot off the pedal so we can get the three points.
"We don't want it to go down to the last game of the season (against Mansfield), as that would be an absolutely nerve-wracking game to play in.
"We're still four points ahead of Mansfield, so that makes a big difference at this time of the season. We want it to be over by the time they come to us on the last day, and I honestly think we need one win from our next three games to keep us in the league."
