Still calls for realism

Dagenham & Redbridge manager John Still has called on the club's fans to help his misfiring side get back on track.
The Daggers have found life in League Two difficult since winning last term's Conference title and Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Rochdale left Still's side hovering worryingly close to the relegation zone.
"What disappoints me a touch is that one or two supporters, and only one or two, have had a little moan and I can't understand for the life of me why," Still told the Ilford Recorder.
"The players here have done fantastically well and they need everybody's support, my support, the club's support and the supporters' support.
"By and large, the support has been fantastic, so when I hear one or two people moan, I think, hold on, when I came to this club they'd finished 14th, had overspent massively and were in serious financial trouble.
"We sorted that out, brought on some good players and sold some good players, got ourselves in the Football League so they should be jumping up and down.
"We aren't here because we bought our way here, we're here because we worked our way here and it's just a phenomenal achievement."
