Dagenham & Redbridge winger Sam Saunders is delighted with the way the season has started.
The Daggers are fourth in the League Two table while Saunders has already found the net four times.
Saunders, who had only scored seven times in 96 games for the club prior to this season, said: "I've never scored as many goals as I should have done, but with the ball hopefully staying on the floor a bit more, then I can find myself in little pockets where defenders can't mark me.
"I'm going to get a few chances and hopefully I can get double figures this season.
"I think people are starting to sit up and take notice of us. They've seen that we've had a good start and have got some good players and they're pleased to get a result."
