Magnus Okuonghae is set to leave Dagenham & Redbridge after rejecting the club's latest contract offer.
The defender is attracting interest from clubs in League One and the Championship and appears to be granted his wish of a move away from Victoria Road.
The 23-year-old's representatives confirmed that they are in talks with several clubs with regard to obtaining his signature.
Okuonghae's advisor, Uben Gray, said: "We can confirm that Magnus has rejected his latest contract offer, and we're now in talks with other clubs."
QPR, Peterborough United, Watford, Charlton Athletic, MK Dons and Norwich City are all thought to be just some of the clubs chasing Okuonghae.
Any club that does sign the player will be liable to pay a fee, as the Nigerian player is under the age of 24.
