Nurse extends Dagenham contract

Dagenham and Redbridge have secured the future of Jon Nurse at Victoria Road. The forward has signed a new one-year contract which keeps him at the League Two club until July 2010. Nurse joined the Daggers on a free transfer from Woking in 2007 and helped the Essex club survive in their first season in the League. Last term the 28-year-old was part of a squad which just missed out on the play-offs as they were beaten by Shrewsbury on the final day. .... read more
