Ifil signs one-year Dagenham deal

Dagenham & Redbridge have signed former Tottenham defender Phil Ifil on a one-year contract.The 23-year-old was released by fellow League One side Colchester United in the summer. Daggers boss John Still has moved to add the former England Under-20 player after a trial with the club.
