Daggers spirit pleases Still

Dagenham & Redbridge manager John Still was delighted with the performance of his side in the 1-1 draw at high-flying Chesterfield.
Paul Benson's second-half strike secured a valuable point for the Daggers, who are starting to find their feet in the Football League.
Still said: "In the first half we were not really at it and the midfield combination wasn't right, so we had to tweak it a bit for the second half.
"But to be fair the spirit was fantastic and with that spirit comes quality performances.
"We have come here and taken a point, which is a great achievement because there is a massive gap between the clubs.
"We have to base our performances on spirit and we have to have that every time we play.
"We can't sign or improve our squad with Football League players, because we just haven't got those resources."
