Daggers move for striker Walsh

Manager John Still has announced that Dagenham & Redbridge will be signing Dorchester Town forward Phil Walsh when the transfer window re-opens in January.
The move has boosted morale at the London-based club, coming just hours after the deflating news that key midfielder Stuart Thurgood will be out for at least three months following knee surgery.
"I'm delighted to make the signing," proclaimed Still in the Barking and Dagenham Post, adding: "We will be paying a fee for him, but it's only a small one.
"He is a six foot three inch centre-forward and will add to our front-line. We haven't got the biggest of squads, so signing Phil definitely strengthens that."
