John Johnson produced a moment of magic to settle a scrappy encounter at Victoria Road and take Northampton to within five points of a play-off place.The defender cut inside before firing home from the edge of the area. But Town were grateful to some fine work from keeper Chris Dunn, who tipped Damien McCrory's shot round the post and then stopped Peter Gain's volley.
