Still frustrated in striker hunt
Dagenham boss John Still is growing frustrated at a lack of progress as he looks to add another striker to his squad.
Still signed Marvin Morgan on loan from Aldershot last week but wants another and recently saw a move for a striker from a Championship club break down over wage demands.
He said: "We know what we want, but it's coming up with the finances. We are quite limited in what we can offer.
"I honestly don't know how close we are to getting someone in. We've made offers to players and to clubs, but again it's all about finances.
"We had a player who wanted to come to us, but then we couldn't agree the wages with him.
"I don't want to go into the loan market again, but it is something we may consider if we have to now."
