Still encouraged by Daggers youngsters
Dagenham boss John Still refused to be too downhearted after his side's 2-0 defeat at Rotherham.
Adam Le Fondre scored both goals as Rotherham ran out comfortable winners, while the Daggers have now lost their last four games and are without an away win since November 14.
But Still said: "What we are going through we have been through before.
"I am really excited about our young players who are coming through, but with young players you will always have ups and downs."
Still added: "It would be nice to have a bit of experience back in the team, but I am not too bothered about that at present because I think our young players are progressing well."
