John's still confident

Dagenham manager John Still refused to give up on his side's League One status after seeing them slip into the bottom four following a 2-1 defeat at Huddersfield. Jordan Rhodes was Huddersfield's hero again, netting twice to overshadow Romain Vincelot's equaliser for the Daggers, who are five points adrift of safety with two games remaining. Still said: "It's still all to play for. Our performance was more than enough to get something out of the game and I'm told that TV replays showed we should have had two penalties, including one in the first half when Danny Green went down. But that's our luck at the moment. "When we play the way we can, we are hard to contain. We have given both Brighton and Huddersfield a fright and this is an unbelievably tough league. "To come to Huddersfield and perform like this - when the gap between the two sides in terms of resources is embarrassing - is great for us. "What we need to compete is about £2million. We are paying wages of £400 a week and that puts it in context. All we can do is get ready for the next game and move on."
