Ifil to keep Daggers spot

27 September 2010 12:00
Dagenham defender Phil Ifil will keep his place against a former side as John Still's men travel to Colchester. The former Spurs right-back is enjoying an extended run in the starting XI as first choice Abu Ogogo continues to recover from a hamstring injury. Ogogo is joined on the sidelines by fellow defender Will Antwi who also has a hamstring injury - though both could be back in contention by the weekend. Former Reading, Brighton and Tranmere striker Bas Savage is still not match fit after an operation during the summer but will keep his place after impressing during the 2-2 draw at Charlton at the weekend. Colchester captain Magnus Okuonghae will come up against his former side after leaving in summer 2009 having won the player of the year award for the Daggers.
