Harris - Daggers lack goal threat

Assistant boss Terry Harris believes Dagenham need to be more ruthless in front of goal after seeing his side beaten 1-0 at home by Rochdale. Dagenham have only scored 23 goals in the league this season. "It's frustrating. In this league nobody has really giving us a good hiding, but we haven't really scored enough goals and I think our `goals for' column tells the story," said Harris. "We got loads of balls in the box and sometimes you have to say well done to them as they defended well. But we never really got anybody on the end of it and that is the frustrating thing. "The first half was a strange atmosphere. It was a bit quiet and we never really got going until the last 10 minutes when we had a couple of chances. "Second half I thought we had the ascendancy, but without causing their goalkeeper too many problems. He hasn't come away from Victoria Road covered in mud from tipping balls over the bar, and for the amount of balls we had into the box that's frustrating."
