Dale fightback stuns Daggers

The hosts had been leading for 70 minutes, but substitute Kallum Higginbotham levelled with an angled drive, before Craig Dawson converted a corner despite the best efforts of Tony Roberts.[LNB]Defeat was harsh on Daggers, as they had taken the lead after four minutes when Peter Gain headed Danny Green's cross into the top corner.[LNB]Will Antwi thundered a header wide and hit the post with another close-range effort, while the hosts could have had a penalty when Paul Benson was brought down by Chris O'Grady, but nothing was given.[LNB]Dale thought they had levelled when Chris Dagnall prodded home, but the linesman's flag ruled it out for offside. After the break, Daggers had their chances to extend their lead, but Josh Scott sent an effort badly wide after being put in the clear by Green, while Wes Thomas comically mis-kicked in front of goal.[LNB]Thomas was also shown a late red card after a shocking challenge on Dagnall and despite a late barrage, the visitors held on.[LNB][LNB]
