Daggers pick up Loft in loan deal
Loft, 22, who signed for Brighton from Hastings in 2006 is a former England schoolboy international and has made nine appearances for the Seagulls this season.[LNB]Daggers manager John Still said: "I'm absolutely delighted to have signed Doug Loft. He's someone that I have wanted to get for a while.[LNB]"I watched him a few times last season and I spoke to Micky Adams at various times about him. Micky and I have kept in touch and although Doug's not always been included in their starting line up he's been on the bench."[LNB]Daggers midfielders Peter Gain recently had surgery to resolve knee cartilage damage, while Shane Huke has returned to Australia due to a family matter.[LNB][LNB]
