Daggers get just desserts
Dagenham and Redbriodge manager John Still felt his side fully deserved their 2-0 win at play-off chasing Carlisle.
The Daggers pulled off a shock win thanks to two late goals from Medy Elito and Danny Green.
It was only Dagenham's second away win of the season, but it was reward for a positive second-half effort which belied their lowly league position.
Still said: "Our recent form has been decent and it's just a matter of working hard and trying to turn performances into wins like we did.
"The one thing we have never lacked is spirit, commitment and hard work. Sometimes we come up against teams who are a bit better than us.
"I never lose where we have come from and who we are, but at the same time we're learning and improving. Our form has been reasonable and I don't think even the most biased Carlisle supporters would deny us."
