Daggers do Kilbey deal with Pompey
The 18-year-old started his career at Millwall and made his debut at the age of 16 before joining Pompey in October 2007.
He has yet to make his debut for the Premier League side but goes straight into the John Still's Daggers squad for their Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie at MK Dons on Tuesday evening.
