Daggers defender shocked by goals

Foster had only previously found the net twice in 175 appearances for the club, but he grabbed a brace to see off Mick Harford's men at Victoria Road.

His first goal came when he latched onto a Matt Ritchie cross before firing home from close range.

Foster then added a second when he headed home Sam Saunders' cross and although Ian Henderson pulled one back for Luton, the Daggers held on.

"It doesn't happen very often," Foster said when asked about his goals. "But instinct takes over."
