No new worries for Burnett

Dagenham interim-boss Wayne Burnett has no fresh injury or suspension concerns ahead of Saturday's crucial clash with fellow strugglers York.

Goalkeeper Chris Lewington (back) and striker Josh Scott (neck) came through last weekend's defeat to Aldershot unscathed and are expected to keep their places in Burnett's starting XI.

Stopper Jordan Seabright could deputise if Lewington is not fit to take part.

Forward Jake Reed was taken off in the second half of Saturday's clash but he is expected to feature against York.

Striker Sam Williams remains out as he continues his recovery from last month's knee operation.

The Daggers, who sit just one point above the drop zone, are still searching for their first home win since Burnett took charge at the end of February.

York midfielder Adam Reed has shaken off injury and will line-up against the Daggers.

Reed, on loan from Sunderland, was forced out of last week's home win over Southend after taking a bang to the hip, but returned to full training this week.

Manager Nigel Worthington has no new injury or suspension problems and apart from absent midfielder Scott Kerr (ankle) will select from a full-strength squad.

Defender Dan Parslow is hoping to continue and make his 300th club appearance, while midfielder Jon Challinor stepped off the substitutes' bench last week to replace Reed after recovering from a broken fibula, which has sidelined him since early February.

The Minstermen, two points clear of the relegation zone, will survive another season in the Football League if they secure a point at Dagenham, regardless of results elsewhere.
